The Trail....

Louis L'Amour once said "the trail is the thing, not the end of the trail. Travel too fast and you miss all you are traveling for." So that's our goal, to take it all in and see where the road takes us.
Leaving June 7th we are headed to Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon, Arctic Ocean, and the great state of Alaska. Our journey is estimated to be over 11,000 miles and take about two months. But we are flexible and anticipate challenges along the way, so who knows where "the trail" will take us!
Bonnie, we are traveling to Alaska June 19. We are flying from Richmond VA to Fairbanks. We will spend June 20, 21, 22 at Fairbanks Princess Lodge. JUNE 23, 24 at Denali Princess lodge, June 24, 25 at McKinley Princess Lodge. On June 26, we board Grand Princess to sail South to Vancouver.
Maybe we will see each other. Wouldn't that be crazy after 39 years.
