One of the amazing things about Alaska is how common waterfalls are, like the one pictured below. It doesn't have a name or a scenic overlook, just a gorgeous sight on the side of the road!

Valdez was cloaked in low clouds, rain and fog the two days we were there! But we made the most of it, touring a fish hatchery where the seals and sea lions caught salmon and thenWE caught up on sleep!



We met up with our Ohio gang and boarded the 6 hour ferry ride to Whittier.
Next stop Kenai Peninsula, Alaska's playground!
